Full control of extraction: Faema’s multiboiler GTI boiler system allows the barista to independently control water temperatures and preinfusion settings of each group for perfect espresso. The smart boiler system regulates water temperatures and steam pressure so they remain constant. 

Professional features: cold-touch steam wands with precision spray nozzles, touch screen controls for each group, and auto-cleaning cycles are designed to simplify the workflow of the coffee specialist and improve their performance.

Bluetooth connectivity: when paired with a Faema Groundbreaker grinder via Bluetooth, the machine can self-manage the required grind size and auto-adjust to compensate for environmental changes throughout the day. By balancing grind size with extraction time parameters automatically, consistent coffee can be delivered shot after shot without the need of the barista needing to make minor adjustments during peak hours.

Auto-steam PRO: 4 fully automatic programmable milk foam settings greatly improve the workflow of the barista during busy times. The level of foam, temperature and volume of milk can all be adjusted to bespoke settings. This feature is also ideal for locations with high numbers of staff where training staff can be a challenge. This feature is an optional extra.

Precision brewing: competition level IMS baskets and precision shower screens.

Eco-mode: saves energy during down-time with automatic on/off of boiler.

User friendly: barista lights, shot timers, soft-touch portafilers & cup warming shelf.

Iconic designs: available in black as standard or pearl blue with bespoke rear panels.
