About Indigo Valley

If you have a passion for the "black gold", come and explore the world of coffee with us. New beans arrive every season from the world's best coffee producers, and our finely tuned traditional small batch roasting techniques make sure we draw out each batch's distinctive taste and character.

All our beans are ethically sourced and fully traceable to the grower as well as being certified by either the Fairtrade Foundation or Rainforest Alliance.

Using the senses of sight, smell, sound we watch with care the coffee gently tumbling in the roaster, as it slowly develops its full flavour in a traditional roasting style.

By sourcing only Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance coffee, we are doing our best to protect both the livelihoods of coffee producers and the environment in which coffee is grown.
