Frequently asked questions

Q: Do we need training or a demonstration to know how to use the coffee brewing equipment?

A: All Indigo Valley brewers are really easy-to-use. We have a simple step-by step guide to using your system for the first time AND a one-page ‘How to Brew’ poster that you can print out and put on the wall right next to your coffee making system so that ANYONE can follow the instructions.

Q: Is there a long term contract?

A: No, if we loan you the equipment and you simply sign to say you have accepted the hire of the machines. You pay as you go for products and only pay for what you use.

Q: Do you offer a free trial?

A: Yes, we’re happy to offer a free trial of our equipment so you can see how easy it is to use and taste how good the coffee is. A free trial is only available for OPTION 1 in the church promotion where you are currently serving 75 cups of coffee per week or if you’re a business who has been recommended via an existing customer

Q: What happens at the end of a free trial?

A: To continue enjoying our coffee, all you need do is return the agreement.

You will automatically be given your own account number which you can use to login in to the Client are on the website www.indigovalley.co.uk. You will also be added to our monthly email list (this is where we remind you to check stock levels and inform you of new products etc.) You can place re-order through the website. Invoices are sent with any goods you purchase.

Included in the deal is full service for your equipment. To do this, we need to keep your machine clear of scale. This is done with a de-scaling kit that we will send out automatically. It is very easy to do!

You can let us know if you want to return equipment and coffees by emailing us. Simply let us know why you think our system is not for you and state a day we can collect from you. We ask only that you pack everything securely for transportation. Before packing the brewer, you will need to lift the flap where the water goes, un-screw the plug on the chain and tip over a sink to remove any water in the reservoir.
